Sales & Account Management Team

Our record of partnerships and new sales opportunities relies on the work of the Sales & Account Management Team, who manage every aspect of the partnership relationship. The Sales & Account Management Team with support from other parts of our company, handle everything from the business plan to launch, including:

The Teams core focus is to improve business partner profitability. By understanding their customer needs, they are able to meet their requirements. They have a wide experience of consumer product development and provide our partners with numerous opportunities.

Field Service Technicians

Our Field Service Technician's are the face of Advanced Furniture Solutions. They use their expert skills to provide excellent customer service and act as our customer champions.

We constantly train our technicians in workshops on how to be effective at restoration, new techniques and how to communicate with our customers and personal impact. All our Field Service Technician's are vetted before they can join the AFS team.

Customer Service Team

We're proud of our call centre and the people who work in them in our Cambridgeshire location. Bringing together effective processes and best practice initiatives, the call centre functions support the "First Line" customer contact across the whole AFS family within sound practical guidelines.

As a company we always aim to put the customer at the heart of everything we do, our Call Centre contact team ensure they uphold the Advanced Furniture Solutions customer service values.
