Chief Executive since April 2007. Appointed to the Board in May 2007. Founder partner of Advanced Furniture Solutions. Previously Group Managing Director of Homeserve Warranties. Prior to joining Homeserve Warranties Ged was Managing Director of Courts (overseas) PLC and has held senior positions at Comet and Thorn EMI Retail Division.
Younus Hanif
Operations & Retail Director
Appointed to the Board in November 2006. Joined AFS in October 2006 as Operations and Retail Director. Founder partner of Advanced Furniture Solutions. Previously Commercial Director at Homeserve Warranties and Sales Director at Courts PLC.
Mike Kingston
Director
Michael Kingston has had a broad based career in General Management and Finance. He served as Managing Director of the SIRVA's European Moving Services Division which includes Pickfords in the UK. He has also served as European CFO of SIRVA and more recently provided consultancy services to the group. Previously Michael held Divisional Finance roles in Menzies and Fisher Price. He graduated in Accounting in Ireland and worked with Express Foods prior to relocating to the UK.
Tamer Altinbas
Technical Director
Tamer Altinbas has had his career in domestic and commercial service, repairing leather, soft furnishing and cabinet spanning in excess of 20 years. Founder Partner of Advanced Furniture Solutions. Appointed to the Board in December 2005 as Technical Director. Previously he was National Training Manager at Homeserve Warranties. Prior to joining Homeserve, Tamer worked in the retail arena for DFS and Reflections Antique Restoration.
